1. Транзит власти 2. Смена режима 3. Распад на отдельные государства
Либо некоторая последовательность/комбинация из этих трех вариантов.
Так вот. Глубокая ошибка думать, что в каком либо из этих сценариев нынешние элиты куда-то исчезнут, испарятся. Да, они могут быть прорежены. Однако я с уверенностью поставил бы на то, что в каждом сценарии, и в любой ветке развития событий нынешние менты, фсбшники, прокурорские, гражданская администрация и т.д. и т.п. будут играть большую роль и через 5, и через 10 лет. Да, значимая часть может выпасть из обоймы, потерять статус и возможности. Однако все вместе, в совокупности они выпасть из обоймы не могут.
Ставлю на то, что встроенность в нынешний режим - это хороший предиктор встроенности и в режим(ы) последующие, на много, много лет вперед.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. The Nasdaq Composite tumbled 2.2% to 12,843.81. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
