Слово это по отношению к облаку, как и слово ”puadaro” по отношению к дождевой тучке и короткому ливню, является метафорой. Так как прямой смысл слова ”hattara” – «портянка». Т.е. облако карелы сравнили с лоскутом, обрывком ткани, и назвали ”hatakko” – как своего рода лоскут, обрывок большой тучи (pilvi).
И метафора эта также древняя, родилась ещё в пределах единого ареала карельского расселения, так как слово ”hatakko” в значении «облако» есть у всех карел.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
