Абдул-Керим Эдилов покинул пост заместителя председателя правительства Чеченской Республики по собственному желанию. Отставку вице-премьера принял глава Чечни Рамзан Кадыров.
Эдилов с 2013 по 2022 год служил в органах внутренних дел РФ и в Росгвардии, был помощником, потом — руководителем секретариата главы ЧР, а с февраля 2022 года занимал пост заместителя председателя правительства республики.
Больше же Абдул-Керим Эдилов известен как боец смешанного стиля.
