По его словам, свободных мест на парковке не было, она была забита полностью. Кроме того, средний шлагбаум на выезд работал с перебоями. Поэтому автомобилисты не успевали высадить пассажиров за 15 минут, разрешённые для бесплатного въезда на территорию аэропорта, и «попадали на деньги».
