Впрочем, абсолютно ничего удивительного, разве хотя бы что-нибудь власти сделали качественно? Зато как красиво рекламировал новые «умные» остановки глава Заполярья, буквально воду в уши лил, как они облегчат жизнь горожан. Главное, что пиар Андрей Чибис сделал, а все остальное уже не входит в его обязанности.
Вот бы Андрею Владимировичу нацепить ошейник, да дать пройтись по этому месту во время дождя. Интересный был бы итог.
