Он был назначен ответственным за организацию регулярного морского пассажирского сообщения между островом Путятина и ЗАТО Фокино. Задачу должен был выполнить до конца года. Не справился.
В итоге плашкоут начнёт перевозки в начале января, а мы продолжаем получать справедливые жалобы людей. Держим ситуацию на контроле. Надеюсь, коллеги из минтранса сделают нужные выводы.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
