👁 По поводу двух пенсий сразу покажу два документа. Обоим даже одна военная пенсия (ЕДК) по инвалидности не положена, "не те формулировки" даже у содействующих СВО. Если выслуги лет не хватает и при льготных "год за три", как у большинства - то только гражданская при наличии стажа, а так как "война дело молодых", то у ополченцев ЛДНР трудового стажа обычно не хватает, а до соц.пособия по возрасту - так до 70 лет еще дожить надо.

Поэтому на деле - одно соц. пособие по инвалидности "общего заболевания" 7'300..16'500 руб/мес. Возможно, к ЕДВ добавится еще 4'200 руб/мес по ветеранке, но это не точно. Для немногих живых, а с семьями погибших что?

А так-то да, забота налицо. На камеру, точнее. С традиционно закрытыми комментариями, чтобы неудобные вопросы не задавали.
