Не так давно жители данного дома отказались от услуг управляющей компании, было создано собственное ТСН «Ипподромная», чем, видимо, вызвали деструктивные действия со стороны прошлой УК в виде сговора с компаниями по обслуживанию лифтового оборудования.
Сейчас жители дома вынуждены обращаться к услугам специалистов по ремонту лифтов за свой счет чтобы хоть как-то обеспечить их работу.
