Весы восприятия происходящего могут на какой-то период уравновеситься, принеся удовлетворение всем, жаждущим ответных и равнозначных шагов и ходов. Но никакое возмездие при этом не отменяет собственного урона и жертв, не воскрешает погибших со своей стороны, не облегчает горе их близких, а лишь исповедует принцип "кровь - за кровь", незримо переводя возникшие до этого у общества вопросы "почему так случилось?" и "кто виноват?" в плоскость "мы отомстили!". Но в данном случае одно не отменяет другое. Поэтому важно ни о чем не забывать и после этих акций, чтобы снова не дожидаться очередных, на потребу моменту, "возмездий"...

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
