По предварительным данным, погибли трое человек, включая двух охранников, ранены пятеро. Среди террористов была женщина. Один из боевиков совершил самоподрыв у входа в здание.

Двое нападавших уничтожены, третий пока жив и удерживает заложников.

Турецкие власти ввели ограничения на освещение в СМИ теракта в Анкаре.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
