Местные жители оставили десятки негативных комментариев под постами о награждении во «ВКонтакте», в которых говорится, что Дегтярева бросила людей во время эвакуации и приписывала себе заслуги волонтёров.

Ранее губернатору Курской области Алексею Смирнову пришлось удалять фото с награждения главы «Корпорации развития Курской области» Владимира Лукина, который отвечал за строительство укреплений на границе с Украиной, прорванные в ходе наступления ВСУ.
