Представители Комитета по внешним связям Санкт-Петербурга возложили цветы на могилы трёх министров иностранных дел Российской Империи, похороненных в Сергиевой Приморской пустыни в Стрельне. ✔️Горчаков Александр Михайлович (1798—1883) глава русского внешнеполитического ведомства при Александре II, последний канцлер Российской империи. ✔️Гирс Николай Карлович (1820—1895) русский дипломат, министр иностранных дел Российской империи в 1882—1895 годах; действительный тайный советник, статс-секретарь, почётный член Петербургской академии наук. ✔️Муравьёв Михаил Николаевич (1845—1900) русский государственный деятель, министр иностранных дел в 1897—1900 годах.
Поминальную службу провёл настоятель монастыря игумен Варлаам.

Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
