Одним из ключевых спикеров мероприятия выступил бывший ижевский депутат Сергей Антонов, который в 2021 году руководил кампанией КПРФ в Пермском крае и Удмуртии, формировал здесь агитационные сети, списки наблюдателей, проводил обучение «как аннулировать итоги голосования».
