Ранее в прокуратуре сообщали, что признанный иноагентом Алишер Моргенштерн был дважды в течение года привлечен к административной ответственности за нарушение порядка деятельности иностранного агента (ч. 2, 4 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ). Однако он продолжил распространение в социальных сетях публичных сообщений и материалов без указания на то, что они созданы физлицом, выполняющим функции иностранного агента.
