Опять про банки. Не привычно все:
- открыл счет онлайн, карта на почту, пин в приложение
- постоянно что-то блокируется
- многое не переведено и на испанском

Про опыт онлайн покупок отдельно.

0. Решил оплатить amazon prime и купить швабру. Получил ошибку от амазона
1. Написал менеджеру - сорян не знаю что такое
2. В мобильном приложение банка все ок, когда попытался залогиниться в web меня попросило сменить access code
3. после смены кода при покупку стало кидать на старницу банка где просилось подтвердить операцию
4. операция подтверждалась по ссылке пришедшей из смс
5. по ссыле нужно было подписать операцию(не запомнил этот шаг)

Но по дефолту при покупке
1. Кидает на страницу банка
2. Заходишь в приложение банка и там подтверждаешь операцию
3. Со страницы оплаты редиректит в магазин #refl #til #fail #money #bank
