🐚180 гр творога в брикете 🐚1 желток 🐚1 ст.л. рисовой муки 🐚Сахар по желанию
Смешиваем вилкой творог и желток. Добавляем муку и (если надо) сахар/сахарную пудру и тщательно перемешиваем.
Формируем руками шарики, сильно можно не стараться.
Дальше я использую метод «стакана». На слегка припыленную мукой поверхностью выкладываю шарик, накрываю его стаканом и вожу по кругу (оставлю в комментариях схему).
Дном стакана можно немного выровнять поверхность сырника 🥐
Жарим на сухой сковороде с двух сторон, я делаю это под крышкой.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
