«Газпром» выставил на аукцион детский санаторий «Кубанская нива», который находится на Пионерском проспекте в Анапе. Об этом сообщается на сайте реализации непрофильных активов компании.
Согласно опубликованным документам, в состав имущественного комплекса входит 5-этажное здание лечебно-оздоровительного комплекса на 3,5 тыс. кв. м, 5-этажный дом детского творчества площадью 2,3 тыс. кв. м, еще один 4-этажный дом детского творчества на 1 тыс. кв. м, эстрадно-танцевальный комплекс, бассейн, теннисный корт, а также склады, дизельная, котельная.
Начальная цена аукциона определена на уровне 792,3 млн руб.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
