Инфляционные ожидания населения в декабре предсказуемо выросли на фоне ослабления курса рубля (13,9% против 13,4% в октябре-ноябре). Уровень инфляционных ожиданий на пике с декабря 2023 г., когда он достиг 14,2%.
Динамика инфляционных ожиданий указывает на высокие риски сохранения повышенной инфляции.
Мы полагаем, что регулятор продолжит повышать ключевую ставку. В пятницу ждём заметное повышение (до 23-24%) и сохранение жёсткого сигнала. При дальнейшем росте инфляции и ИО в 1 кв. 2025 года можем увидеть ставку 25%.
При этом политика ЦБ может быть скорректирована, поскольку регулятор понимает, что ставка уже на завышенных уровнях, а рост кредитования близок к остановке. Банк России может перейти к удержанию текущей жёсткости денежно-кредитных условий. В пользу этого говорят новости о сдвиге вправо сроков ужесточения ряда нормативов для банков.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
