Мораль - компенсации недостаточно! Должно быть БОЛЬШЕ, чем потеряли. И это нормально. С учётом того, что людям не обеспечили безопасность!
Не очень понимаю, почему не подключают строительных олигархов? Пусть участвуют вместе с народом - выделяют квартиры и это будет их вклад! А взамен получат освобождённые территории под застройку, если жители не захотят вернуться.
Или банки? Чего там было про их рекордные доходы за последний год??
