В отличие, мол, от самого Апачева, который никогда не скрывает, что думает, и говорит правду! При этом, говоря о самом мятеже, Апачев пишет: «Не буду давать интерпретаций произошедшему, просто ещё время не пришло».
То есть так-то в отличие от всех этих испуганных дурачков он мог бы сказать, но просто пока время не пришло. Примерно все, что надо знать об уровне смелости z-каналов, которые после мятежа Пригожина тоже сильно прижали.
