"При введении таких мер закрывается транзит через территорию [государства ЕАЭС], тем самым ограничивается доступ в страну назначения", - подчеркнул он и призвал к тщательному рассмотрению данной проблемы.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
