Жители Заокского в шоке. Без объявления войны рязанские власти подписали таки документ, разрешающий строить песчаный карьер в Заокском. Для понимания, в уникальной природной зоне Окской поймы предполагается варварская разработка песка на площади 140 Га. Делать это будет «Коломенский порт». Земли сельхозназначения необходимо перевести в промышленные. 16 ноября 2021 по этому вопросу были публичные слушания.

Жители выступили категорически против строительства карьера. Первый раунд закончился победой жителей и после обширного общественного возмущения губернатор лично замарался в этом проекте и направил его на «доработку». А как только затихло – «доработка» закончилась его утверждением.

Неужели, есть уверенность в том, что в условиях текущей ситуации в стране и на её границах, такое решение властей пойдёт на пользу социальной стабильности в регионе?

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
