Сегодня сотрудники Главного управления МЧС России по Томской области на территории завода «Томское пиво» провели пожарно-тактические учения, в которых приняли участие 42 человека личного состава и 12 единиц техники.
💬Легенда учений звучала так: «Произошло возгорание в цехе, в зале розлива. Внутри находятся три человека».
Дежурные караулы пожарных частей города Томска, а также сотрудники службы пожаротушения поставленные задачи выполнили. Общая площадь условного пожара составила 50 квадратных метров.
📞Завершилась тренировка подведением итогов с анализом действий спасателей.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
