Речь идёт о конкретном продукте — шпротах в масле из балтийской кильки в стеклянных банках «ТМ «За Родину», изготовленных 13 сентября 2024 года компанией калининградским рыбзаводом «За Родину».
Сейчас их изымают из продажи во всех регионах, в том числе в Кузбассе. По данным Роспотребнадзора, именно эти консервы стали причиной двух случаев ботулизма в Екатеринбурге: в итоге обе горожанки оказались в реанимации.
