Смешно, что большую часть жизни, сотовые операторы предпочитали делать акцент на менеджерах, а теперь, когда не хватает технического персонала, неожиданно выяснилось, что менеджеров можно заменить ИИ, а вот инженера или техника ИИ не заменишь, а он нужен прямо сейчас, а не завтра или послезавтра.
Можно было бы подумать о повышении зарплат на технических специальностях, но тогда обидятся менеджеры.
