Торжественное открытие состоится 31 октября, и в мероприятии примут участие делегация Татарстана и заместитель премьер-министра республики, председатель Национального Совета Всемирного конгресса татар Василь Шайхразиев.
Во время визита делегации также пройдет заседание оргкомитета Федерального Сабантуя, который состоится в 2025 году в Якутске, а также переговоры руководства республик.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
