Некоммерческая организация «Единый региональный фонд по управлению многоквартирными домами на территории Луганской Народной Республики» (ЕУК) создана в начале 2024 года
До конца ноября 2025 года под управление ЕУК перейдут все многоквартирные дома в регионе.
