Мужчину обвиняют в незаконном сбыте, покушении на сбыт и приготовлении к сбыту наркотических средств.
По версии следствия, в 2012 году обвиняемый вместе с другими лицами создал организованную преступную группу для незаконного изготовления и сбыта на территории Махачкалы синтетических каннабиноидов.
В 2014-2015 годах группа совершила многочисленные преступления в сфере незаконного оборота наркотических средств с использованием мобильных телефонов, интернета и электронных платежных систем.
