Вчера в результате обмена пленными в Россию вернулось 25 тяжело раненых военнослужащих. Не менее 13 из них в прошлом привлекались к уголовной ответственности, выяснило издание «Агентство».
Среди преступлений, которые совершали обменянные: тяжкий вред здоровью, грабёж, кражи, побои, мошенничество, растрата и фиктивная регистрация иностранцев по месту жительства.
