Ещё одной особенностью данной книги, на мой взгляд, является её либеральный и толерантный настрой. Меня приятно удивило, что в одном балетном классе собраны абсолютно разные детки. И между ними нет никаких половых, расовых и возрастных различий. Ведь искусство доступно каждому! Ане нравится, что наравне с девочками танцами занимается мальчик Олли. Мне кажется, в современном мире, ребенку очень важно понимать, что его возможности безграничны, по крайней мере они точно должны быть свободны от чьих-либо предрассудков.

Бесспорно украшением данной книги являются иллюстрации популярной британской художницы Мэнди Сатклифф, хорошо известной читателям по серии книг «Белль и Бу».
