По объёму будущей социальной инфраструктуры лидирует район Перово ВАО Москвы. Здесь на 2 участках бывшей промзоны "Прожектор" появятся детский сад, школа и здания для дополнительного образования с общей площадью строений 56 тыс. кв. метров.
Всего в Москве сейчас прорабатываем больше150 проектов развития бывших промзон и неэффективно используемых территорий с градостроительным потенциалом 35 млн кв. метров.
