Постановлением Басманного районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Полянского Эдуарда Алексеевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 5 ст. 291 УК РФ (дача взятки в особо крупном размере).

Суд избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 1 месяц 30 суток, до 01.09.2024 года,

Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
