Суд в столице привлек к административной ответственности КИНОПОИСК

Постановлением Таганского районного суда города Москвы
ООО «КИНОПОИСК» признано виновным в совершении административного правонарушения, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 6.21 КоАП РФ (Пропаганда нетрадиционных сексуальных отношений и (или) предпочтений, смены пола).

Суд назначил административное наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 3 млн рублей.

It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
