Басманный районный суд города Москвы продлил меру пресечения обвиняемым в исполнении террористического акта в «Крокус Сити Холл».

Суд удовлетворил ходатайство органов следствия и продлил Исломову Аминчона Исроиловичу*, Исломову Диловару Исроиловичу*, Исломову Исроилу Ибрагимовичу*, Касимову Алишеру Хатамовичу* меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 3 месяца, а всего до 10 месяцев 29 суток, до 22 февраля 2025 года.

*занесены в реестр террористов и экстремистов

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
