Губернатор Гладков пишет такое: «Город Белгород и Белгородский район подверглись массированному обстрелу со стороны ВСУ. На Харьковской горе в результате прямого попадания снаряда в многоквартирный жилой дом обрушился весь подъезд с десятого по первый этаж».

Неофициально сообщается о четырёх погибших, 16 пострадавших, и о том, что под завалами могут находиться ещё около 20 человек
