А вчера в рамках сообщества Вино и Люди состоялась дегустация вин от винодельни Собербаш. Относительно молодая винодельня интересна своими смелыми экспериментами в работе не только с классическими европейскими сортами, но и с автохтонами - российскими, грузинскими и даже с итальянскими, а также с сортами советской селекции.
