Також суд заарештував депутатку Київради Олену Марченко з альтернативою 50 млн грн і голову постійної комісії Київради з питань архітектури, містопланування та земельних відносин Михайла Терентьєва із 19,98 млн грн застави.
Ще трьох фігурантів суд також заарештував із заставами 8 млн грн, 7 млн грн та 4,5 млн грн, а одного – відпустили під особисте зобов'язання.
