На днях засолила рыбу, вроде как семга😄 Я,конечно, сомневалась что это семга, но друг наш рыбак сказал, что это одна из разновидностей семги. А вы как думаете?
Для засолки нужно примерно 3 столовые ложки морской соли и одна столовая ложка сахара. Можно по желанию черный перец добавить. На ночь убираю в холодильник и на утро можно наслаждаться) Обрезки я тоже солю, обожаю их🥰
