Протестила вкусный рецепт! И бегом к вам🤸🏼
Оладушки с творогом. Кажется, теперь я буду готовить это бесконечно много раз.
180 гр творога (5-9%) 4 ст л сахара (регулируйте сами) + 1 ч л ванильного 2 яйца 150 гр муки 1/2 ч л соды 160 мл кефира
🧡Сахар с яйцами взбить до пышной пены 🧡Добавить кефир, соду 🧡Добавить творог (чтобы он полностью замешался с тестом, я -миксером) 🧡Ввести просеянную муку, перемешать 🧡Оставить на 10 минут 🧡Выкладывать ложкой на раскаленную сковороду с растительным маслом Выпекать по 1-1,5 минуте с каждой стороны
Получилось штук 30) и все моментом исчезали после выкладки каждой партии😂
