Овсяноблин👩🏼🍳 (буду готовить почаще, легко и полезно👌🏻)
1 яйцо 3 ст л овсянки долгой варки 70 мл кефира 1 ст л любой муки Полбанана (я добавила чуть меньше), можно вообще без него, но по мне - пресно
🍁 Овсянку немного смолоть в блендере или в перемалывателе кофе (тк порция маленькая, у меня буквально измельчились они напополам в блендере) 🍁 Смешать все ингредиенты 🍁 Дать постоять 5 минут, чтобы овсянка набухла 🍁 Выпекать на раскаленной сковороде без масла. Под крышкой. По 2 минуты с каждой стороны ( я перевернула раньше времени, все распалось, но мы знаем лайфхак😄- просто разрезаем на 4 части и по очереди переворачиваем) 🍁 Остудить, подавать, начинки на ваше усмотрение
