Возрастная категория на обложке 1-3 года, но конечно же можно заниматься и раньше. Сорока-белобока и тд.
Там, где написано "попросите ребенка сжать руку в кулак" - делаю это сама. Такие упражнения просты и очень полезны, 5-10 минут 1-2 раза в день - несложно, но важно ❤️
