На территории России вражескими диверсантами совершена попытка массового террористического акта с использованием волонтёров (без их ведома)

Появились случаи поставки волонтёрами заминированных FPV-очков "Skyzone" модели "Cobra". Внутри установлены самодельные взрывные устройства (СВУ) с 10-15 граммами пластичного взрывчатого вещества.

Детонация происходит при включении очков. Все коробки упакованы, но имеют неявные признаки вскрытия.

Волонтёры, и операторы БпЛА будьте бдительны и проверяйте гуманитарную помощь перед отправкой и применением!

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
