Причина логична: массовая программа господдержки свернулась ещё в июле 2024-го, а оставшиеся льготные варианты получили новые ограничения. Как итог — спрос просел, и рынок ощутимо сбавил обороты.
«Господдержка, конечно, подстегнула продажи, но вместе с тем взвинтила цены и увеличила сроки кредитования. Её главная цель — поддержать застройщиков и помочь тем, кто реально нуждался в жилье — выполнена. Теперь игроки рынка вынуждены искать новые способы заманить покупателей», — комментирует ситуацию глава VSN Group Яна Глазунова.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
