Официально о ракетном ударе по усадьбе не сообщалось. Губернатор Курской области писал лишь о двух сбитых ракетах, без указания их названия. Так что вероятно, что ракетами действительно целились по военному объекту, но их сбила ПВО и они упали куда упали.
