Пресс-служба областного министерства по содержанию территорий (Минчистоты) сообщила, что выявлять нарушителей будут с помощью 66 тысяч камер с искусственным интеллектом. Определять персональные данные будет правоохранительный блок региона.
Привлекать к ответственности будет административная комиссия городского округа — по ст. 6.1 областного КоАП, предусматривающей штраф до 5 000 рублей.
