С 1 февраля на базе Ненецкой окружной больницы начнет работать новый контакт-центр. Специалисты будут вести запись на приём к врачу и фиксировать вызов на дом. Кроме того, администраторы центра будут напоминать пациентам о времени визита к врачу, консультировать по вопросам оказания медицинской помощи.

Позвонить в колл-центр можно будет по номеру «122» в круглосуточном режиме. В позднее время принимать звонки позволит автоматизированный речевой помощник.
