Президент России встретился с волонтёрами-орнитологами соколиного центра «Камчатка», в котором ведётся работа по сохранению редких видов хищных птиц

Международный центр репродукции и сохранения редких видов крупных птиц хищных пород расположен на территории Мильковского района Камчатского края. На сегодняшний день в эксплуатацию введён многофункциональный орнитологический центр, блоки питомника для соколов, вольеры для молодняка.

В центре впервые в России будет организовано воспроизводство кречета – наиболее ценного и редкого вида отряда соколообразных. Данный вид внесён в Красную книгу России.
