Начальная максимальная цена контракта по ремонту трубы — 43,9 млн рублей. Согласно конкурсной документации, за эти деньги подрядчик должен будет очистить трубу от золы, копоти и шлака, оштукатурить некоторые элементы, заделать на сооружении трещины.
ТЭЦ-3 обеспечивает теплом и электроэнергией жителей городка Нефтяников и Левобережья.
