Чем эффективнее будет используемая для этого инфраструктура – тем будет проще и комфортнее всем нам, вне зависимости от того, кто в каком регионе формально зарегистрирован.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
