Людей с зависимостями в стране много, а вот специалистов, способных им помочь, — намного меньше. По данным НМИЦ Бехтерева на 2022 год, в России работали 11,4 тысячи психиатров (на 18,5 процента меньше, чем нужно), 4,8 тысячи психиатров-наркологов (на 20 процентов меньше необходимого) и 1,1 тысячи психотерапевтов (на 42 процента меньше норматива).
Из-за недостаточной развитости государственной реабилитационной системы, люди с зависимостью и их родственники прибегают к единственной альтернативе — частным «рехабам». Однако отсутствие надлежащего контроля за их деятельностью приводит к тому, что «лечение» в таких учреждениях наносит новые травмы.

The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
